Laser rejuvenation devices

Laser skin rejuvenation procedure

Laser rejuvenation equipment is represented on the market by laser ablation devices (solid and fractional), non-ablative laser rejuvenation devices (erbium, neodymium, diode lasers) and laser phoresis devices. Depending on the wavelength, laser radiation penetrates to a different depth and affects strictly defined targets in the tissues (structural proteins, blood, water, pigment), so each laser rejuvenation device solves its own set of aesthetic problems.

Laser ablation devices

The main target of ablative lasers for rejuvenation is the water that evaporates during the procedure. In the area of damage, an active process of cell regeneration begins, the skin is renewed, rejuvenated and tightened. Continuous laser ablation (laser peeling) is very painful and requires long rehabilitation, so experts now prefer fractional (spot) laser rejuvenation devices. They are considered an alternative to surgical lifting - the results are truly impressive. The fractional laser rejuvenation procedure is indicated for pronounced signs of aging: ptosis, deep wrinkles, age pigmentation, noticeable imperfections in the relief of the skin.

Devices for non-ablative laser rejuvenation

The group of devices for non-ablative laser rejuvenation is quite large. Neodymium lasers are very suitable for removing vascular patterns from the skin (the target is hemoglobin in the blood). Diode lasers for rejuvenation mainly affect collagen, causing it to remodel, thereby lifting and tightening the skin. Non-ablative erbium lasers work in a similar way to ablative laser resurfacing machines - they evaporate water and damage the tissue, activating regeneration - but do not affect the surface of the skin.

Apparatus for laser phoresis

Laser phoresis equipment provides deep penetration into the skin of rejuvenating cocktails (most often preparations with hyaluronic acid act in this role). This procedure allows deep moisturizing of the skin, complete smoothing of fine wrinkles, improvement of skin tone and structure. Laserphoresis does not cause tissue heating and gently stimulates the processes of natural renewal.

What kind of equipment for laser rejuvenation to choose is a difficult question, since the "specialization" of lasers is quite narrow. In well-known clinics of aesthetic medicine, ablation lasers are more often used to achieve the effect of radical rejuvenation. Beauty salons usually offer non-invasive laserrejuvenation or anti-age laser phoresis The decision to purchase one or another laser for rejuvenation depends on many factors: budget, local demand, qualifications of specialists.
